Where we ship
We currently ship merchandise to valid street addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations through this online store.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free for merchandise orders of $75 or more before tax and after discounts. Orders below $75 are charged a flat $8.95 standard shipping fee.
Processing and delivery
In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard delivery usually takes an additional 3–7 business days after carrier pickup. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking information is provided after a carrier label is created. Report visible damage, missing items, or delivery problems within 5 calendar days and keep the packaging and photos while we review the claim.
