These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and purchases from ZahntechAutoParts.com (the “Store”), operated by ZAHNTECH AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE LLC (“Zahntech Auto Parts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Store or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide current, complete, and accurate information when using the Store. You may use the Store only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials confidential.
Product information and availability
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product names, descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability. Manufacturer designs, packaging, colors, and specifications may change, and website errors may occur. Products are offered subject to availability. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue a product at any time. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected item.
Vehicle fitment and customer responsibility
Automotive-part compatibility may depend on vehicle year, make, model, trim, engine, drivetrain, production date, option codes, and other configuration details. General descriptions or fitment guidance do not replace confirmation for the specific vehicle. Before ordering or installing a product, review the listing and manufacturer specifications and contact our online store team when fitment is uncertain. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and checking the delivered part before installation.
Prices, currency, taxes, and shipping charges
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Store prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Available taxes, discounts, and shipping charges are calculated or displayed before an order is submitted. A price or promotion is not guaranteed until an order is accepted, and discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless required by law.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order. We may accept, decline, hold, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory, a pricing or description error, payment authorization, address verification, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, product limitations, or unavailable shipping service. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Payment authorization
You authorize the payment provider presented at checkout to charge the selected payment method for the total shown when the order is submitted, including applicable taxes and shipping. Payment processing is subject to the provider and financial institution terms. We may request additional information to verify a transaction and may delay or cancel fulfillment when payment cannot be authorized or verified.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after processing starts or the order is transferred to a carrier. A shipped order is handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping destinations, processing times, charges, delivery estimates, tracking, address requirements, and shipment claims are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Risk of loss and title are determined under applicable law and the carrier terms.
Returns and refunds
Return eligibility, authorization, product-condition requirements, non-returnable items, damaged or incorrect shipments, return shipping, inspections, and refund timing are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may have separate eligibility, product, quantity, geographic, account, and expiration conditions. Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, offers cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, transferred, or applied to previous purchases. We may end or modify a promotion as permitted by law.
Installation, use, and safety
Automotive parts and tools must be inspected and installed, maintained, and used according to the applicable vehicle and product manufacturer instructions, specifications, torque values, warnings, and safety procedures. Installation should be performed by a qualified professional when specialized training, tools, programming, lifting equipment, or safety procedures are required. Do not install or use a product that appears damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or incompatible; contact us before proceeding.
Product warranties
A product may include a manufacturer warranty identified in its listing or packaging. Any such warranty is provided under the manufacturer terms and may require documentation, inspection, or direct manufacturer handling. Store support can help identify available warranty information, but we do not create an additional product warranty unless expressly stated in writing. This section does not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the Store; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; interfere with security or operation; use automated tools to scrape, copy, or overload the Store; submit false, deceptive, or fraudulent information; violate intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use the Store in connection with unlawful activity. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Store, or legal rights.
Website content and intellectual property
The Store design, original text, graphics, logos, and other content owned by us are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Store content only for personal evaluation and purchasing unless we provide written permission for another use. Product names, manufacturer marks, and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification.
Third-party services and links
The Store may rely on or link to third-party services such as payment processors, carriers, manufacturers, and the separate Zahntech Automotive service website. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for external websites that we do not control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis, and we disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZAHNTECH AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the Store or a product. Our total liability for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Washington, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Changes, severability, and waiver
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. The version in effect when an order is submitted applies to that transaction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
